Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being a physical space that you can walk into and discuss your ideas, try on or size any of our garments, or even if you need a quick on the spot print – we’re happy to help.
We are ‘generally’ open Monday – Saturday from 11:00am to 7:00pm. There are occasions when we may be off site doing client visits, so if you are travelling any sort of distance to visit us, drop us a WhatsApp to 07942 371111 and let us know when to expect you. We can also arrange to be on site outside these hours so just let us know.
100%. We do everything in house, that includes the design and print of all of our DTF prints. So if you need that last minute gift, or piece of workwear or uniform – then we are happy to help. We generally have stocks of most of the common sizes and colours – however we do sometimes need to order in non-standard items so it may take a day to get a delivery in. But yes – we can do things pretty quickly.
We can take payment by cash, credit or debit card or bank transfer. Our details are available on all of our invoices. We also accept Klarna and Clearpay if you wish to spread the cost. This is an option on our website and we can also do this at our studio. Ask us for more information if you require this service.
Delivery is usually next working day once your order has been completed, however this depends completely on the type of order, our workload and the time it takes to produce your items. We will always let you know the lead time. Most items are made either on the day or the next day that you place the order, meaning that we can turnaround orders quickly. But please look out for order updates and if there is something urgent, please let us know as early as possible.
